One Prepay was established as an ESP to commercialize Electronic Distribution Technology through a network of point of sales (POSs) using the best technologies available in the international market and in cooperation with many technology providers; “Vendtek System Canada” as the main technology provider and “PAX” being the main POS hardware supplier.

The company adopted a rapid evolution within the prepaid services industry whereby initial purchase and replenishment are handled electronically rather than through cumbersome scratch cards. One Prepay’s fully electronic solution is compact, fast and designed to be easy to use for most growing economies just the same as third world countries with the same quality of services.

One Prepay intervenes at the manufacturer end in order to customize the part of the POSs according to the country’s condition; these terminals allow for rapid implementation into stores and enable the retailer to generate revenue immediately with a minimal capital invested.

One Prepay Sudan is a sister company operating in Sudan titled “One Prepay Sudan LLC” and caters to the local market in North Sudan in partnership with MTN and Sudanese.



Spectrami was founded with the vision of bringing niche and specialized technologies to customers in the MEA region. The objective was to deliver a seamless service level akin to leading vendors by building up an ecosystem in the region that adds value to the customers, resellers & vendors.

The firm, which operates in the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, labels its model as VEM (Vendor Extension Model) where they give the same experience a vendor would give to a customer for enterprise solution delivery in terms of multi-point engagement from Sales, Pre-sales, Marketing, Delivery and Channel fulfilment.

KBBO Group made the largest investment in an Egyptian technology startup Yaoota.com that will be partially used to expand to the UAE and Saudi Arabia, capitalizing on the fact that the these countries  have the best infrastructure in place for the market with the highest internet, mobile device and payment card penetration.

There are over 400,000 items that can be bought from Yaoota!, covering everything that a consumer  would find in the biggest malls in any city.
